Chancellor, Kenneth Shaw

1996 ; Commissioned by Cornell University College of Human Ecology

to portray past Deans of the school (seven portraits)

1995 – Present ; Commissioned by the Supreme Court of Texas to

complete series of portraits of several dozen past Justices

including U.S. Supreme Court Justice, Tom Clark

1994 – Present ; On-going commission by Supreme Court of Florida to

paint portraits of past Justices – 4 portraits to date

1993 – Present ; On-going Commission by Florida State University

College of Law for portraits of founding faculty members,

Deans, and donors – 23 portraits to date

1991 Commissioned by Tompkins County Trust Company , New York

to create a mural depicting a significant event in the its history

1990 ; Retained by Toggenberg Ski Center, upstate New York, to

redesign the entrance and interior of its 20,000 sq.ft. ski lodge

1989 ; Commissioned by Best Western Inn, Ithaca, New York to create

an equestrian mural for the Inn’s Polo Suites

Commissioned by Ithaca College to create an oil painting triptych,

commemorating the school’s three 1988-89 NCAA Div.III

championship teams

1988 ; Retained by Center Ithaca Mall as holiday sketch artist

Commissioned by Coyne Textile Services (CTS), Syracuse,

New York to design lobby and create mural of the 30 CTS

facilities

1987 ; Employed by Sirtech Software Inc. as a computer artist, designer,

and creator of computer game characters and scenery

1985 ; Retained by CTS to design the company’s 30 seat conference room

and to create three murals depicting the company’s 50 year history

1983 ; Commissioned by Coyne International Enterprises to create a

mural in the Carrier Dome depicting contributors to Syracuse

University Athletics – nine portraits

1982 ; Commissioned by Guinness- Harp Corporation to create works of

famous Pubs of America. Commission included a portrait of

Benjamin Guinness, President

1981 ; Commissioned by Canandaigua Wine Company to design the label

for its Hallmark Vintage wine

1979-86 ; Commissioned by Syracuse China Corporation to paint the

portraits of its twelve past presidents

1977-78 ; Retained by Fayetteville (New York) Mall as holiday sketch

artist

1976 ; Portraits critiqued by Norman Rockwell at his studio, Stockbridge

Massachusetts

1971-72 ; Retained as portrait artist for the Hotel Fountainebleau, Miami

Beach, Florida

1968 ; Awarded first oil portrait commission (age 15)
